Before going any further, let us first agree on the following terms:

A social network

In the event that you identify yourself on the Platform via a social network or access the functionalities of a social network via the Platform (e. g. Sharing, recommendation such as "I like"...), we may collect Personal Data transmitted by the social network concerned and in accordance with the General Conditions of Use of the said network.

You cannot disable the collection of this data on our Platform, but you can, however, authorize or not their distribution via the settings in the social networks in question.

Social networks nominative data is Personal Data that is transmitted to us by a social network (Facebook, Google, Twitter...) in accordance with its General Terms of Use.

They may include, for example, first name, last name, photograph, e-mail address, age, gender, number of Facebook friends...

Survey data

Survey data includes feedback and opinions collected through the sending of questionnaires and surveys to our Registered Users.

This data is optional, and obtained on a voluntary basis.

Its exact nature depends on the questionnaire. It may be an answer to the question "Would you recommend Lonofi Home to a friend?"

Technical data is data relating to the device and the connection to access the Platform.

For how long is this data stored?

As a general rule, we retain your Personal Data for as long as you remain a User of our Services. If this fact changes, we would then apply the following retention periods:

If you stop using our Services, your Personal Data is kept for a period of 3 years from the last time you used it.

If you decide to delete your account, your Personal Data is kept for a period of 1 year from the date of deletion of your account.

If we have deactivated, blocked or suspended your account, we keep your Personal Data for a period of 3 years from the suspension, in order to avoid any circumvention by you of the rules in force on the Platform.

After these deadlines, your Personal Data are anonymized. It is then no longer possible to identify you, and this definitively and by any means whatsoever.

We keep the anonymized data for their statistical value, as well as to guarantee the durability of our Services. Thus, the content you have created and shared on the Platform, such as evaluations or soundscapes, remain accessible to other Users once the retention period has expired, but it is not possible to identify yourself with it.

The above-mentioned retention periods may be modified in the following cases:

If there is an unresolved problem with your account, such as an unresolved claim or dispute, we will retain the necessary Personal Data until the problem is resolved;

If the data is required for our legitimate business interests, such as fraud prevention or the safety of our Users;

If we are required to retain Personal Data due to legal, tax, audit and accounting obligations, we will retain the necessary Personal Data for the period required by applicable law.

With whom do we share this data?

Sharing data with the Platform Users

As part of the use of the Platform, some of your Personal Data is shared with all Users. This may include personal data, such as a username or photograph, or usage data such as the scenes you created or your recommendations.

As a general rule, your data is not shared with third parties. However, you are informed that we may disclose your data in the following cases:

As part of a research collaboration

In the event that Lonofi participates in a research collaboration involving external partners, such as laboratories or institutes, we may share the data we have with the various research stakeholders involved in the project. If necessary, these data will be anonymized.

In the event of a merger or acquisition of Lonofi

In the event that Lonofi is required to take part in a merger transaction, or has all or part of its assets acquired by a third party, the data we hold will then be shared with or transferred to the new owner.

In the case of an acquisition by Lonofi

In the event that Lonofi acquires all or part of the assets of a third party company, we may then share the data with the seller.

In the case of a legal obligation

In the event that we are required to respond to a claim against Lonofi, to comply with a judicial request, for example in the context of an investigation or investigation, in the event of a higher emergency involving public health or the physical integrity of a person, or in order to guarantee the rights, property and safety of Lonofi, the Platform and its Users, the data in our possession may be transmitted to any competent institution and regulatory or judicial authority.

Right to access and right to portability

At your request, Lonofi pledges to provide you with access to your data or to provide you with a copy of all data concerning you. We do our best to ensure that this data is provided to you in an open and easily reusable format.

Right to erase

At your request, Lonofi pledges to delete part or all of your Personal Data. The latter will then either be deleted or anonymized. Please note that we may retain certain information about you when required to do so by law or when we have a legitimate reason to do so.

Right of rectification

At your request, Lonofi pledges to allow you to correct inaccurate or obsolete data concerning you.

Right of opposition

At your request, Lonofi pledges to stop the processing of your Personal Data, whether for personal reasons or to oppose the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes

Right to limitation of processing

At your request, Lonofi pledges to freeze the processing of your data by us. In this case, the latter will no longer be used, but will be kept.
